| Notes from the Commish: After the first year, when you didn’t think the tailgating couldn’t get better…they have! The ownership of the Texans encourage the community social and make it easy for people to participate. The only draw back is there is so much tailgating and Texas is so BIG, the Commish couldn’t walk around to visit everybody. He needs a horse! Or a golf cart. On the menu: Texas Beef of course! Venison, Jalapenos, and Tex-Mex. |
